How long does it take to get live?
Most stores have recommendations live within a few hours of install. Paste one JavaScript snippet into your Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce store, connect your product catalog, and ShopPulse starts collecting browse signals immediately. The model needs a few hours of traffic to warm up; triggered email cadences go live as soon as your ESP is connected.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Install is a single JavaScript snippet — no engineering team needed. We provide native plugins for Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce, and our onboarding team walks through catalog connection and ESP wiring with you directly.
What happens if I exceed my monthly visitor cap?
We'll notify you before you hit your limit. You can upgrade at any time. We don't cut off service mid-month - any overages are billed at a per-visitor rate and shown transparently on your invoice.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial on the Starter and Growth plans. No credit card required. You get access to the full feature set for your chosen plan during the trial period.
How does ShopPulse handle visitor privacy?
ShopPulse is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA. We never sell visitor data. Behavioral profiles are anonymized and stored only as long as needed to power recommendations. You can configure data retention periods, and we provide built-in consent management tools.
What integrations are supported?
Store platforms: Shopify Plus, Magento Open Source / Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, WooCommerce. Email service providers: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Iterable. Starter plans include one integration; Growth includes up to five. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations with any platform that exposes a standard data API.
How is revenue attribution calculated?
ShopPulse uses a last-touch attribution model by default. Growth and Enterprise plans include multi-touch attribution options. Every order influenced by a ShopPulse recommendation, search result, or personalized email is tracked and shown in your analytics dashboard.
